Our Gourmet Family Box is the ultimate Middlehurst Station experience, a curated selection of our finest Merino lamb cuts, raised on 16,500 hectares of the Awatere Valley high country and finished on Canterbury foothills pasture.

Every cut is hand-selected by our in-house butchers, vacuum packed fresh and delivered overnight to your door. Antibiotic free, hormone free and full farm-to-plate traceability guaranteed.

This box feeds a family of 4-6 across multiple meals - from a Sunday roast to weeknight shanks to a special occasion rack

Each Middlehurst Station Gourmet Family Box contains:  

  • 1 Bone in Roast (Serves 4-6)
  • 4 Lamb Fillets (2 pkt, Serves 4)
  • 2 Lamb Rack - Cap on (Serves 4-6)
  • 2 Lamb Ribs - (2 pkt, Serves 4-6)
  • 4 Lamb shanks - 4 front (Serves 4)
  • 2 Lamb Backstrap (Serves 2-4)
  • 3 500g packets of Lamb Mince

    We were kindly given a voucher for Middlehurst Station and chose their gourmet family box. It was sensational. Beautifully prepared and and packed. Are enjoying our way eating through the different items. The lamb racks last night were delicious. We strongly recommend others try this excellent NZ produced lamb.
